OBX Tree Doc, LLC ("we") collects the information you give us (name, phone, email, address and details about your trees) when you contact us, request a quote or book work. We use it only to reply to you, quote, schedule and invoice your job, and to email you appointment reminders and a review request.

Text messaging: mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Texting consent is not shared with anyone.

We use trusted service providers to run our business (for example our scheduling and invoicing software, email, and text messaging provider). They may process your information only to provide their service to us.

We keep form messages for 90 days, and a record of texting consent for 5 years so we can show you agreed.
