Text Message Terms

OBX Tree Doc, LLC sends one kind of text message: if you call our business line and we miss your call, we send one text letting you know we got your call and will call you back.

What we send: only that one reply to a missed call. We do not send appointment reminders, review requests or marketing by text; those come by email.

How often: at most one text to a number in any 7 days, and only after you call us. If you reply HELP or STOP, you also get one automatic reply.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to get texts again.

We never sell or share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
